Cancellation Policy

Weight restrictions, and passenger limits apply. 3 passenger maximum with a maximum combined weight limit of 550lbs, not to exceed 285lbs per seat. Passengers may be asked to weigh themselves at the time of flight. Flights are weather dependent and subject to delay or rescheduling. All flight routes and times are approximations and subject to change based on events such as but not limited to: weather, FAA mandated TFRs (temporary flight restrictions around special events or areas), restricted airspace limitations and wind speeds. Customers that violate any rules or instructions from the pilot or staff forfeit their flight and will be removed and have their flight terminated without any refund or compensation. A deposit of $100 per flight must be paid via cash, Zelle (619)490-3168 or PayPal within 48 hours of flight scheduling, all flights not confirmed wit paid deposit will be cancelled. All deposits go to the cost of service and are non refundable if the service is cancelled or postponed by the customer. The remaining balance for the cost of flight is to be paid via cash, Zelle or Paypal at the time of flight. Absolutely no refunds for no call/ no show. Absolutely no refunds after the flight has begun or occurred. Any client wishing to reschedule must do so by phone no less than 72 hours prior to their scheduled flight. If a flight is delayed, or postponed by KSA the deposits will be held for the customer to use at a later date. If a flight is canceled by KSA deposits may be refunded at the discretion of KSA.
